Subaru BRZ Z1 2012-2021 / Toyota 86 Z1 2012-2024
Subaru, in partnership with Toyota, introduced the Subaru BRZ, a 2-door sports car, in 2012. This model features rear-wheel drive and is powered by a dynamic 2.0L Direct Injection Boxer engine. It comes equipped with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission, along with a Torsen rear differential. The striking design of this sports car led to its immense popularity, resulting in the establishment of various racing series across multiple countries, including Australia, such as the “Toyota 86 Racing Series,” “86 Cup,” and “TGR GR86/BRZ Cup.”

Subaru BRZ Z2 2021-
In 2021 Subaru introduced the new Z2 frame, featuring an enhanced 174kw 2.4L engine package and a fresh design. Although the VIN designation for the Toyota 86 hasn’t changed they also are using the new upgraded body.
